Tape Welding Machine 50mm – 150mm width

Techspan reports :  The “Belton T” is designed for welding of flexible thermoplastic tapes from 50mm to 150mm widths

Ideal for the welding of tapes to Truck Cover Bows, Tarpaulins, Railway Curtain-siders, Banners and Covers..

The machine will drive along the length of the welding area and settings allow controlled, repeatable welding. Digital display of Welding Speed and Welding Temperature means very easy set up of parameters.

Welding speeds of up to 24 meters/minute, and a welding temperature range between 20 deg C – 620 deg C. This machine requires 400 volt supply, with an output of up to 6.4 kW .
