Terms and Conditions of Sale & Returns Policy:
All products and services promoted or offered for sale via this website are subject to our standard terms and conditions of sale.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind, make a wrong selection, or your circumstances change. Please choose your industrial equipment carefully before purchasing.
In exceptional circumstances where a discretionary return is pre-authorised by management, the return is strictly subject to the following rigid conditions:
- Pre-Authorisation: No returns will be accepted without a written Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number issued by our team. You must contact us to request an exception within 15 calendar days of the original delivery date.
- 15% Restocking Fee: All accepted discretionary returns are subject to a 15% restocking and administrative fee calculated from the original purchase price. This will be deducted from any final credit or refund.
- Freight & Packaging: Goods must be returned completely freight-free to our warehouse. You are entirely responsible for organizing and paying all return shipping costs. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and sealed inside their original, unaltered packaging.
- Mandatory Testing: All technical machinery and plastic welding equipment will undergo comprehensive technical, safety, and operational testing by our technicians upon arrival. If the equipment shows any signs of installation, usage, cosmetic wear, or internal modification, the return will be voided and the item returned at your expense.
